1) Fly Ash Bricks Plant capacity 1000 bricks per hour:

• Press machine with 120 ton hydraulic pressure.
• Structure made by 32 mm ms plates double control valve.
• 10 hp electric motor with 8″ (10 bricks) diameter fitted.
• Mould 9″ eight bricks at a time.
• Pan mixture to mix the raw material with 7.5 hp motor, diameter 1500mm, height 500 mm.
• Control panel board.
• Hand trolley for shifting bricks.

2) Fly Ash bricks plant capacity 2000 bricks per hour semi-automatic:

• Press machine with 120 mm jack rod and 150 ton hydraulic pressure.
• Structure made by 32 mm ms plates, double control valve.
• 10 hp electric motor with 8″ diameter fitted.
• Mould 9″ eight bricks at a time.
• Conveyor belt from pan mixture to machine with 1hp gear motor.
• Pan mixture to mix the raw material with 10hp motor, diameter 1500mm, height 500 mm.
• Base plate and round plate liners.
• Control panel board.
• Front ply runner system.

3) Fly ash bricks plant, capacity 2000 bricks per hour fully automatic:

• Press machine with 150 mm jack rod, 150 ton hydraulic pressure.
• Structure made by 32 mm ms plates double control valve.
• 10 hp electric motor PLC operated fully automatic with staking machine
• Mould 9″ ten bricks at a time.
• Conveyer belt from pan mixture to machine with 1hp gear motor
• Pan mixture to mix the raw material with 10hp motor, diameter 1500mm,height 500 mm.
• Control panel board.
• Front ply runner system.
• Hydraulic pallet.

4) For fly ash bricks plant, capacity 3000 bricks per hour semi-automatic:

• Press machine with 120 mm jack rod, 150 ton hydraulic pressure.
• Structure made by 32 mm ms plates double control valve.
• 8″ diameter fitted in the power pack with 10 hp electric motor, 200 liter oil tank , cooling system, 8 micron filter.
• Mould 9″ ten bricks at a time.
• Conveyer belt from pan mixture to machine with 1hp gear motor.
• Pan mixture to mix the raw material with 7.5 hp motor, diameter 1500mm, height 500 mm.

• Conveyer belt from pan mixture to machine with 1hp gear motor.
